This guy drew my attention on Instagram with a photo of swimming in an ice-covered lake.  Not just a polar plunge -- he was floating in there!

"Comfort kills your dreams."  But ice water kills your body.

He's Finn B__, originally from Iceland, 19 years old as of this writing. I don't usually post the full name of non-actors, so I'll change his last name to Kaifur, Icelandic slang for "Big D*ck."

Finn notes that growing up, he was subjected to bullying and had few friends, which led to depression and low self-esteem.  He only came out a short time ago.

Wait -- bullied for being gay?  In Iceland?  Are you sure they weren't bullying you because you hang out with your shirt off in sub-zero temperatures?  Not that I'm complaining.

For someone who wants to make friends, Finn doesn't reveal many personal details.  He's attending college in the U.S., but he doesn't say which college.  Or his major.  He posts that he's in love with his philosophy professor, but also does ballet routines.  And he's on the hockey team.

Back home in Iceland, he lived with his grandmother and cat.

In the U.S., he has a dog.

He thinks American guys are handsome.  Dude, I've been to Iceland.  The guys are totally hot, although I actually prefer cut cocks (n*de Icelander on RG Beefcake and Boyfriends).

His American friend, Thomas, is leaving to join the army, "So I need to spend time together in a way that makes him remember me for a long time."

Be sure to hydrate, guys.

Dane's Polar Plunge: a 365 day Lake Tahoe Challenge, with Scott Gaffney, Danish d*cks, and the n*de dudes of Notre Dame

I don't usually do profiles of non-actors, but this is amazing.  His name is Dane, he's a student at North Tahoe High School, and he's jumping into Lake Tahoe every day for a year.   Even on Day 190: Water temperature 39.3, air temperature 32.  That's Fahrenheit. 

 

Day 173: Gray, cloudy. Water temperature 37.3, air 33.0.  Dane walked through the snow-- barefoot! -- toward his icy plunge.

On Day 184, he brought his Dad, professional skiier Scott Gaffney Water temperature 48.5, air 55.

On Day 120, he brought the North Tahoe High School Varsity Basketball Team -- at least the ones brave enough to try. Water temperature 39 degrees, air with wind chill 19.  

The Wildflour Baking Company in Tahoe donated some donuts.  How about space heaters?

I can't imagine being interested in the aesthetics of the p*enis after all that icy plunging, but there are some guys running n*aked through the snow on RG Beefcake and Boyfriends

Gavin Munn, Abraham on The Righteous Gemstones (below), is quite a daredevil, but this has to be his craziest stunt yet. 

North Carolina, January 2025. The temperature is 32 degrees Fahrenheit.  What are you doing outside in a swimsuit in the middle of winter?

You're getting awfully close to that swimming pool, buddy.  Tell me you're not going to do it.

I guess Gavin is not alone.  Britain has the traditional Boxing Day dip, where you jump into the ocean on December 26th.  

There are polar plunges across the U.S. and Europe.

Eastern Europe has the Epiphany Plunge, where you dive into the cold water to retrive a cross on January 6th.

The Top 15 Hunks of the "Righteous Gemstones" Civil War, with some 19th century soldier d*cks

Righteous Gemstones Episode 4.1, the short film about great-grandpa Elijah Gemstone (Bradley Cooper) grifting and murdering his way through the Civil War, was a nonstop sausage fest, with a cast of 18 men and no women.  Granted, they were all soldiers, grim, grimy, injured, and dying, but still, their inner hunkiness shone through. 

 Instead of trying to profile them separately, I'll do them all at once, excluding Bradley Cooper and the three who have already been profiled (Charles Ambrose, Jackson Kelly).  With such a large group, I'll limit my research to:

* Is he gay?  A man with a wife or girlfriend will be identified as straight.  Sorry, bi and closeted guys.

* Are there any n* ude photos?  I'll just check AZ Nude Men and Instagram.  No time to look through a lot of hookup sites.

1. Jim Cummings, Pete McCabe in Danny McBride's Halloween Kills, as Captain Cane, who accuses the pretend chaplain Elijah of gambling and drinking with the guys.  He's kissing a lady a lot on his Instagram, so: straight.

2. Josh McDermitt, best known as Eugene on The Walking Dead, as Pastor Grieves, whom Elijah murders for the church offering money.  Josh is straight, but likes to pretend to be gay for comedic effect by kissing dudes, har har.

3. Lew Temple,  left, Axel on The Walking Dead, as a condemned Confederate soldier who asks conman chaplain Elijah to say a prayer for them, "send us out with a good one."  He wishes his daughter happy birthday, so I'm going to guess straight.

4. Kimball Farley, star of the indie film Hippo,  as Ned Rollins, who partners with Elijah to cheat during a card game with Captain McFall, and is later murdered.  He and his girlfriend were profiled in the Love Issue of Cosmopolitan: their first kiss was at a stoplight. Straight.

5.James Landry Hébert (second from the left), the cowboy Wade on 1883, as Major McFall, whom Elijah cheats in a card game.  He fills his Instagram and Facebook with photos of hot guys, and wishes happy birthday to his "partner in crime," so I'm going to say gay.

6. Paul Schneider, known for All the Real Girls (2003) and Lars and the Real Girl (2007), as an injured soldier.  His Instagram consists of posts about an innocent man on death row, with no personal information, but he kisses girls in a lot of his photos on the IMDB, so I'm going to say straight.

7. Tim Johnson as a soldier.  He played Squi on Freaky and Punk Boss on Daybreak. Otherwise he's difficult to research: there are over 20 Tim Johnsons with Instagram accounts, including a pastor, several "husband and fathers," a fitness trainer, and this guy.  Maybe it's our Tim Johnson, maybe not.

I can't tell if he is gay or not.
