Link to the n*de dudes
But there is a fragility to Lox Pratt's Jack that is missing in previous versions of the character. As they prepare for the evacution, the other boys hug their parents, but Jack stands alone on a vast expanse, watching.
He is so wounded that he can't reach out to others except through manipulation and control. He treats Simon, who is obviously in love with him, as an underling rather than a partner, and he has no idea how to act on his explicit attraction to Ralph. Even when Ralph takes the lead.
All versions of Jack are queer-coded, but Lox seems struggling to push it from subtext to text, from his first appearance in an androgynous choir uniform, to his last, wearing an animal skin that looks much like a mink coat, eyes downcast as Ralph explains to the rescuing Navy officer, "We were together -- before."
Next Lox is starring as Draco Malfoy in the upcoming Harry Potter tv series, premiering in December 2026. He says that while the earlier movies and books were Harry-centric, this new series will expand on the Potter world. He was able to dig deep into Draco's character: he's "not just the sneering bad guy in the corner — he’s got a lot more depth.”
Johnny Flynn, n*de on RG Beefcake and Boyfriends, plays Draco's dad, Lucius Malfoy.
Draco doesn't express any interest in girls in the books or the movies, although he has a wife in the culminating flash forward. Maybe Lox will be allowed to present him with even more queer codes.

More after the break
Lox's femme appearance and proficiency at queering the text suggest that a profile would be interesting, but there's not a lot of biographical information out there. At this writing he's 14 years old, from Truro, Cornwall, where he studies at Jason Thomas Performing Arts (a dance school).
I've been to Truro. Here's a guy I hooked up...I mean met there. He used to work at the Hub Box, a burger place in a remodeled church.
Over 5,000 people in Truro are reviving the previously-extinct Cornish language. I wonder if Lox is taking lessons. Maybe he knows the Cornish word for gay, kethryvek
More about Lox: His dad is a physician, he has three young brothers, and he enjoys skateboarding, surfing, dancing (of course), and playing the drums. He made the 2026 Young Power list in The Sunday Times, and he and Winston Sawyers (Ralph, left) presented at the 2026 BAFTA Awards.
In the future he wants to play more bad guys, or at least guys with "that kind of intensity and unpredictability, like on Peaky Blinders."
Peaky Blinders is a crime drama centered on a youth gang of Romani and Irish Travelers, active in Birmingham during the early 20th century. The name refers to someone who is especially handsome (a blinder) and wears a "peaky" hat. Cilian Murphy stars as Tommy, the gang leader, and Paul Anderson as his best buddy. There are a few gay characters scattered about, notably Josh O'Connor as James, whom Tommy befriends. There's not much else out there. Lox's social media, curated by his parents, mention only Flies and Harry Potter, as do the numerous articles that have appeared about him.
I guess we'll have to wait.
Meanwhile, here's another guy from Truro.
The Cornish word for p*nis is kalgh.
