Instagram recommeded The Luke Ellison Kokotek, "you can call me Bear," an actor known for playing the young Will Byers in two 2025 episodes of Stranger Things.
On RG Beefcake and Boyfriends: Noah Schnapp's stuff, in case you haven't seen it recently.
Luke was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the youngest of the five children of May Miles H., "a beekeeper, biologist, teacher, animal rescuer, chess junkie, and actress." I haven't found her on the IMDB, so she must be in the theater.
All five of her children are actors. The oldest, Finnan, is over 18 and rather cute.
If the Creek Don't Rise: "In rural Georgia, the 2008 recession rips Tommy out of the imaginary world he and his stepsister built." He's got to deal with financial instability and an abusive stepdad in 12 minutes. At least he doesn't fall in love with his stepsister. Probably.
As Perennial as the Grass (2024), about a dysfunctional family, was written and directed by his older sister Zoe, and stars Mom and the other kids. Unusual character names: Perseus and Pennyroyal.
In 2026:
Luke has a femme presentation, with some femme rings and nail polish, but, at least on his Mom-curated instagram, the only guys he hugs are Stranger Things co-stars, like Hunter Romanillos (evil dude Henry Creed) and Jake Connolly (Derek, one of the kids kidnapped by Henry).
And guys he meets at fan conventions, like Raphael Luce and voice artist Nicky Jones.
Luke: "Are you kidding?"
Episode 5.1: The young Will, hiding in the Upside Down parallel world, is captured by the monstrous Vecna.
Episode 5.4: Vecna makes the teenage Will relive the capture and says that it made him realize that he could kidnap more kids and use them to take over the outer world.
That's enough for Luke to be interviewed on podcasts and invited to a lot of fan conventions, and to become friends with Noah Schnapp (the teenage Will). Luke's mom writes: "Thanks for always being a call away...our family loves you."

Will drops some hints about being gay in earlier seasons, and finally comes out in Episode 5.7. Noah himself came out in 2023. Could they have cast a gay kid to play the Young Will?

Luke has nine acting credits on the IMDB, beginning in 2023 with 115 Grains, about a police officer dealing with the trauma of his past. Pilot Bunch co-stars.

Game of Heirs. No description available, but it's not a Game of Thrones parody.
Scared to Death. Some ghost hunters stake out an abandoned children's home, where the ghosts of the kids terrorize them.

Winter Psalm: A Chinese-American immigrant with gambling debts, an estranged family, and "haunting memories." They really pile on the agony. Mickey Cole plays Ethan, but I don't think this is the same one.
After Frozen, Triplet Sons Regret. That sentence makes no sense, unless it means the movie Frozen, and even then, the sons have to regret something; the verb is transitive. I think the sons are Jarred Harper, Paul Addison, and Drake Clowes.
And Stranger Things.
In 2026:
The Useless Son-in-Law Turns Out to be the CEO. That about covers the plot. Adam Daniel may be the useless dude.
Looks like only Stranger Things has any gay content.
